Hi everyone! My name is Lily Henderson, and I am from Richmond, VA. I went to St. Catherine's High School where I played lacrosse and field hockey. I also played for the Richmond Strikers travel lacrosse team or what is now known as Storm. I played lacrosse in undergrad at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA as a midfielder. I had a fun and accomplished career there! I was named captain for the 2021-2022 year, and I finished with 58 goals, 40 caused turnovers, and 118 draw controls throughout my 4 years. Additionally, I was named First- Team All ODAC, Second Team All- Region, and I was placed on the All- Academic team my fourth year. I finished my lacrosse career playing in the IWLCA DIII All- Star game representing the South region in June. 

 

Post- graduation, I moved to Charlottesville to begin my graduate studies in the Counselor Education program at the University of Virginia. Although I have no prior coaching experience, I love working with kids and hope to continue to spread the love for the game! 

 

In my free time I enjoy exercising, trying out restaurants in the area, cooking, and spending time with new friends. I am always looking for fun restaurant recommendations!
