Kim is currently a graduate student at UVA obtaining her master's degree in School Counseling. She is originally from Massachusetts where she grew up playing lacrosse, ice hockey and soccer. During her time in Massachusetts, she coached for Mass Elite Lacrosse for 6+ years. 

 

Kim played collegiate lacrosse at the University of Richmond and graduated in 2018. As a 2-year captain, she helped lead her team to win the Atlantic 10 Conference Championship for the first time in over 10 years. During her time at Richmond, she received Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year in 2015 and Atlantic 10 Player of the Year during her final year as well as set the program record for single-season points.
