About Us: Boys Lacrosse
At CAV Lax Elite Boys, we’re not just building better lacrosse players—we’re building smarter, tougher, more confident young men on and off the field. Based in Charlottesville, Virginia, our program is designed to develop athletes through top-tier coaching, skill development, gameplay, and a strong team culture.
Our boys' program is led by former collegiate players and coaches who bring years of experience, a love for the game, and a commitment to teaching it the right way. From fundamentals to advanced game strategy, we challenge our players to elevate their lacrosse IQ, sharpen their skills, and compete with intensity and respect.
