Current Training Opportunities

Our club and recreational programs for boys in Kindergarten through 9th Grade, offer a fun, high-energy environment where young athletes can sharpen their skills, build confidence, and learn the game of lacrosse the Cav Lax Elite way.

Spring Registration


Our spring season is underway but we're always happy to welcome new recreational players to our program! Please email us to learn more.

Kindergarten & 1st Grade Rec:

Structure:  Wednesdays will be foundational skills and Sundays will be more game-based

Season:  March 15 - May 20

Practice:

Sundays, 5:30 - 6:30 PM at St. Anne's Belfield Lower School

Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 PM at St. Anne's Belfield Lower School

Cost: $275

2nd & 3rd Grade Rec:

Structure:  Thursdays will be foundational skills and Sundays will have a round-robin game format

Season:  March 15 - May 21

Practice:

Sundays, 3:00 - 4:30 PM at Western Albemarle High School

Thursdays, 6:30 - 8:00 PM at St. Anne's-Belfield Lower School

Cost:  $350

Structure:  Mondays will be foundational skills and Thursdays will be more game-based

Season:  March 16 - May 21
